  • Accuracy and Authority Statement: Include a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  • Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, PROFESSIONAL TECHNOLOGY will:

  • Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
  • Notify the user who posted the material about the takedown and provide information about submitting a counter-notice.

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe your material was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice by providing the following:

  • Identification of the material removed and where it was located on the Site.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
  • Your contact information, including your name, address, phone number, and email.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and agree to accept service of process from the original complainant.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.
